Conference registration includes
- USB-stick with conference proceedings
- Lunch & coffee breaks (Monday-Wednesday)
- Welcome drinks (Monday evening)
- Wine-tasting in Remich (Tuesday afternoon)
- Gala Dinner & Moselle river cruise (Tuesday evening)
Workshop registration includes
- Lunch & coffee breaks (Thursday-Friday)
- 1 Gala dinner for Workshops (Thursday)
Please note
- One standard registration (i.e. a non-student registration) is required for each accepted paper by the camera-ready deadline.
- For the reduced student fee to apply, you must bring documentation (i.e. student card) and present this upon registration.
- The registration fee does not include accommodation.
- Invitation letters for visa applications can be requested in the registration form.
